Hi, I’m Lauren. As you can see, illustration is my forte when it comes to design. I enjoy exploring the potential for unstructured, quirky design in response to a brief. I am highly proficient on ProCreate, but also enjoy incorporating hand-drawn elements such as printing and collage to bring a personal touch to any final designs.
I have experience within the industry and am familiar with working in fast-paced environments, as well as being the sole designer on live briefs. I have also undertaken several freelance projects including: creating an illustrated wall mural for John Lewis Cambridge and published editorial artwork for Bauer Media.
I’m not afraid to have fun with a brief. I find that exploration of diverse materials and styles throughout the project development usually ensures the best results, bringing a strong concept that’s relatable to the audience. I feel the use of illustration adds excitement and character and the designs exhibited speak for themselves.
