Within my final project the main aim was to target the emerging market of new gender identities in a way that demonstrated understanding and appreciation for all individuals within the cosmetics industry. Through curated identity boxes NeuFace aids individual expression without gender as a limitation. Each box is designed with a different individual in mind, but this does not define their possibilities. The cosmetics industry is overwhelmed by binary classification and research highlighted the increased expectation of fluidity from brands amongst Generation. They’re an undefinable generation whose consumption revolves around self-expression.
 
As a brand the top priority is support and empower a spectrum of genders. Inclusivity is consistent throughout all marketing communications for NeuFace. Creating content that offers guidance and education is an essential part of activity online, varying throughout the use of Instagram, blogpost, product pages and many other platforms. Neu Face isn’t just a shoppable site, it’s an educator, a social media group, a voice, and much more.
