PERSONAL STATEMENT

Anna Farr is a final year Fashion Design student, specialising in womenswear. Her portfolio demonstrates an ability to design innovative fashion for high-street, high-end and sportswear markets, taking inspiration from a range of sources including societal movements, global challenges and natural landscape forms to create a wide breadth of work. Anna completed a ‘Year in Industry’ at one of the UK’s top 10 online retailers, N Brown, designing fashion for underserved customer groups for brands including Simply Be, Jacamo and JD Williams. Throughout her time at university and during her industry year, she has also had a growing interest in sustainable design and implementation, selecting modules and writing her dissertation in this field whilst considering the key principles in her practice.
